I hate the gym. No matter how great my trainer is (and I do like him a lot), I can’t shake the paranoid feeling that the more “in shape” crowd is judging me for being an out of shape spazz.
So, I love this gym-less work out, and I will be doing it when I hit the local track, in my back yard or even in my living room as I watch the Yankees – as long as my landlord isn’t home to hear all the noise.
